Impartation - by Larry Schoonover

Paul made mention in his writings to the church at Rome that he sought God for opportunity, and as the Lord had sent him, he longed that he might impart some spiritual gift. What would the method or vehicle for this impartation be? Is there spiritual principle for Paul’s statement to the church at Rome, and how does it apply to the ministry of the church today?

9 For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son, that without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers;
