"Truth is the most valuable weapon you hold, for it will someday
subdue and bring down all the kingdoms of the world."

Aggressive: "invasive, intrusive, combative, warlike,
militant, forward, pushing, forceful, on the offensive

Her name was Robin, she was only in her 30's, in the final stages of cancer, and she wasn't ready to meet the Lord. Her mother was raised in a pioneer Apostolic preacher's home, but her years had been spent in the world. Yet, she understood and honored the truth. She had flown from California to Kansas to spend the last days with her daughter.

My mother phoned to tell me Robin was going to die. As I placed the phone upon the cradle, I began to think about what I should do. Should I call her, maybe I shouldn't. I hadn't seen her since she was a little girl, almost thirty years. Yet this strong feeling to call her became stronger, and I decided to push on, putting my natural thinking aside. As I spoke to her mother, she told me Robin was very weak and very ill. I asked if Robin had ever been baptized, and she answered "no." At this time, there seemed to be a war going on within my mind, a war that raged against what the Spirit of God was leading me to do. I had to push through all of the hindering thoughts and focus upon the destiny of Robin's soul. If I held my peace, she might perish, yet I had no idea how she would react to the words the Lord was leading me to ask. As the phone was given to her, I greeted her, and felt so much compassion toward her. Then, I took a step of faith somehow, and asked her if she had ever been baptized in the Name of Jesus. She quietly answered, "no." I began to tell her why she needed to be baptized. She asked if we would baptize her. We were six hours away. Never did I dream that she would ask her husband and mother to drive her to Missouri, a drive of over six hours, to a little church in a tiny town in Missouri. She may have remembered the days of her grandfather preaching, and decided to come back to that area of Missouri to be baptized.

She arrived that Friday evening. She was one of saddest sights we had ever beheld. She had no hair, her body was swollen beyond recognition, and tubes were attached to her body. She was very weak, but she had insisted on laying in the back seat for the six hour drive. As the family gathered around, I knelt at her feet at the front pew. As I looked into her eyes, tears began to flow. I told her about repentance, and tears began to stream down her face. She nodded that she understood. As we prayed, the Spirit of the Lord was awesome in that place. As my husband lowered her into the baptismal waters, careful not to remove any of the medicinal tubes, Robin went down into those waters as a little lamb, and came up speaking in the beautiful language that only the Spirit of the Lord can give.

We left Robin that night, and they stayed through the weekend. On Monday morning, back in Kansas, Robin never woke up. She had made it just in time! Her family commented on the beautiful glow that had shown on her face for the rest of that weekend. A few days later, my mother had a dream, and in the dream, there was a beautiful luxurious mansion, and as the doors of the elevator opened, out stepped Robin, in a beautiful olive green velvet suit with a beautiful hat. She was young and beautiful again. Just this past week, as if confirming the "elevator" in that dream, I read the story of a Christian writer to whom God gave a dream. In the dream, he took the writer up in an elevator to show him the people who had made heaven by the influence of his writings. And then the Lord took him in the elevator down, far down into the depths of the earth, to a place of horrific heat and terror. There he showed him the tormented souls of those to whom he would have helped to save, if he had only finished the articles he had been given by the Lord. The writer's life was forever changed, and writing became his priority.

Aggressive evangelism must be a priority to us. We have been called to a Divine purpose. We are called to be kings and priests. We are called to win souls to the Kingdom of God. As kings we rule and conquer, and as priests, we teach his covenants and commandments and guide them to Him.

Aggressive evangelism is stepping out in the faith that God will perform his Word with signs following. What if the phone call had never been made? What if my natural mind had overridden the mind of the Spirit of God? Was it easy, no! Sometimes the results are wonderful, and sometimes persecution comes when we speak what the Lord wants us to say. I was going to be speaking to a person in their last days of life. What do you say to someone in that condition? The only thing to say is to speak the Word of the Book of Life to them. He is the Word of God for it is written in Revelation 19:11-13 "And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God." We are only the messengers…he is the message!

As I sat in Bro. Baxter's conference Thursday evening, he spoke on the final seven years, indicating they could begin at any time, maybe as early as this year, according to the prophecy being fulfilled daily. He told how he had resigned his church with tears, because he realized we are out of time. He is reaching for the nations in this late hour of time. As I listened to the facts he presented, I thought of the watchmen on the wall. I knew that what the Lord had given to me regarding Newspaper evangelism was a companion strategy in God's plan for reaching millions in a short time. Bro. Baxter told how he had asked the Lord which tool to use, and the Lord had told him. Bro. Baxter told the Lord he was not qualified enough in that area, and if he was to do this, he would need an expert in that field. Within weeks God had divinely orchestrated that individual to come across his path. The man took a $60,000 a year pay cut to do the will of God.

My mind was racing back to the plan God had put upon my heart to teach Newspaper evangelism until the entire nation was saturated with it. I was surprised to find the one hindrance to it as a strategy would sometimes be a complete lack of interest! Yet our nation is lost and wandering in false religious teachings that are flourishing on every hand. The field of Newspaper evangelism is completely open to Apostolic ministry! As I thought of all the vital information the Lord has divinely allowed to fall into my hands, I realized there is no time to waste. We must not wait for them to come into our church doors, we must go to them by every method available to us, and compel them. We are the most powerful people in the earth, but we are hindered by many things which we must lay aside and unite as one voice that will shake the gates of hell. It is about planting seed, the finished product is up to God! Procrastination is a major toolbox of the enemy. The Word tells us there will come a day "when no man can work." That day may not be far ahead! The freedom of speech is ours for the moment, but it could be gone in a moment. Look at the figures of the population of your city, and you will realize the magnitude of the challenge before us. The final seven years?....It is time to work, for "now is the day of salvation." How aggressive will we be in this hour? The watchmen are crying out upon the wall. Will we hear their cry and prepare for battle, or will we sleep on while the earth reels toward the coming of the Lord? The choice is ours.
